Map My Fitness

Trust us when we say this is one seriously clever app! First, MapMyFitness will use the GPS in your phone to map your running routes and track things like pace, calories, distance and elevation. The app also allows you to log and record all your other workouts, from yoga to cross training and everything in between.

We also love the handy 24/7 Activity Graph, which gives you a great overview of your health and fitness in a glance. Think how much sleep your getting and how many steps you’re taking. The Gear Tracker function is also awesome. When you buy a pair of running shoes you just enter your purchase into the app. As an aside note right now we’re seriously coveting the new Under Armour Speedform Gemini.  The app then starts tracking how far you’ve run in your wheels and reminds you when it’s time to buy a new pair. So it lessens your chance of suffering common injuries associated with wearing worn out runners. How cool is that?!
