But true glowy, dewy skin starts at a cellular level. The fastest way to reverse signs of aging and rehab haggard, thirsty skin? Get hydrated. Of course, chugging H2O all day long will get you that radiant look you’re going for, but drinking 64 ounces of water a day just gets kind of boring (and calls for excessive bathroom breaks …)  You can drink your way to better skin without forcing yourself to refill your water bottle every hour. Right after waking up: Water with lemon

Sip eight ounces of water with a touch of lemon. The water instantly makes skin more bouncy and plump, which helps to fill fine lines and wrinkles and soften the appearance of undereye bags. Lemon is a natural detoxifier, and after a few days of drinking lemon water you’ll likely notice a decrease in breakouts and redness.
