Whether your goal is to improve your health and fitness, or just feel great, Sweat With Kayla promises to make this possible. Jefit focuses on strength training. It lets you personalise your workout, track and record your progress, and analyse the data to improve results. The app contains over 1300 exercises that you can use to create your own workout, and features 60 team workout routines to help get you started.
FitStar creates personalised workout sessions based on your physical capability. The workouts are designed so that you can complete them no matter where you are. The app lets you rate the difficulty of the exercise after completion, and uses this data to modify your program to a suitable level of difficulty. 7. Nike+ Training Club
Whether you’re looking for a high or low intensity workout, Nike+ Training Club has you covered. The app’s recent relaunch from Nike+ Running has seen several changes and updated features. Expect personalised workouts and training plans that are designed to help you improve and progress. Plus, clear audio and visual guidance means you’ll always be able to get the most from your workouts.
Sworkit creates a workout based on your individual goals, featuring different exercises each time you want to train. Sessions range anywhere from 5 minutes up to an hour, which means you’ll never be bored of the extensive variety the app has to offer.

Charity Miles lets you earn money for charities (through corporate sponsorship) as you run. Every time you go for a run, cycle, or even walk around the park, improving your fitness could raise money for charity. The app has raised over $2 million.
