Growing up on the Northern Rivers, I often took for granted the fresh farm eggs, the fruits from family trees and the artisan delicacies produced from local kitchens. Byron Bay and the surrounding suburbs are well known for beautiful beaches, chilled atmosphere and luxe accommodation. However, there has also been a surge of wholefood eating. Here are my top healthy places to visit for fresh and delicious fare!
In Byron Bay
The ultimate health cafe in Byron Bay! This raw organic cafe makes the freshest, most insanely delicious combos of juices, smoothies, raw chocolates, raw desserts, breakfast dishes, and lunch specials. You’d be crazy not to visit them! They also sell their amazing raw desserts and raw chocolates to many health food stores across NSW, QLD and ACT so you can get in on the Naked Treaties action even if you’re not in Byron!
Pop in to get your wholefood and organic goods from the store, and step through to the cafe for a healthy meal whilst you’re there.
