Veggie Patch van, health food van

Paddington, NSW

Veggie Patch Van

An extension of one of our favourite philosophies, the ‘paddock to plate’  [http://www.sporteluxe.com/matt-moran-talks-fresh-produce/] movement, the Veggie Patch Van in delivers full flavoured vegetarian cuisine to Paddington. They’ve turned an old camper van called ‘Spud’ into a super sustainable enterprise. All waste produced (including packaging) is compostable, solar panels power the cooking and the van itself runs on recycled vegetable oil. How cool is that?!

Opening hours:
Monday and Tuesday, 7am to 3pm
Wednesday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm
Sunday, 8am to 9pm
A: 239 Glenmore Road, Paddington
