Whoever said you can’t get your heart rate up from a barre class clearly hasn’t been to one taught by Emma Seibold. As the founder of Barre Body, she knows a thing or two about making you burn. If you’re yet to experience her in action, don’t stress because we’re bringing her to you.

For the next six weeks, Emma Seibold will share with you a 30-minute workout designed to torch and tone. Separated into six parts, each week we’ll bring you another five minutes to add onto the last. Take them as a whole for a full-body burn or use them in bite-size pieces when you’re pressed for time – anything’s better than nothing, right?

Although we’d really rather visit one of her beautiful studios, this workout can be done anywhere, anytime. All you need is a bit of space.
