Fill up on a kiwi fruit!

A good snack to keep at your desk or fill your fruit bowl at home with is the good old Kiwifruit. Known to be super nutrient dense with Fiber, the Kiwifruit actually contains almost twice the amount of Vitamin C than an orange, way more potassium than a boring banana and 10 percent of the recommended daily allowance of Folate and Vitamin E.
