Born: Country Wagga Wagga.

Lives: Byron Bay/Sydney.

Known for: Transformational yoga for the masses.

Personal motto: It is as it is, not as I make it.

Success is: Lifestyle, friends, inner peace and surfing hollow waves.

Advice I would give my 20 yr. old self: Follow your heart and don’t compromise your values to achieve your goals.

People are surprised that I: Rock a harmonica and put my feet behind my head.

I’m inspired by: People who have so little but are so happy.

The biggest risk I have taken (that has paid off) is: Buying my first yoga studio before it was really cool, especially for macho men…haha how times have changed!

From my mistakes, I have learnt: They occur, they are the journey, be a big person and your problems will be smaller.

My most used emoji is: Fist pump – always stocked for people.
