You may not have heard of Singapore-based yoga teacher, Jasmine Chong, but it’s time to take note. The agile and fearless yogi has been practising for over seven years, and recently opened her own boutique studio, Yoga Lab.
“Through my yoga practice, I was able to ease my joint pains and therefore I strongly believes in helping my students nourish and heal their bodies through my classes. You will leave my class feeling stronger, recharged and renewed.”

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Personal motto: I am tougher than my mental barriers.
Success is: Living a life you never have to escape from.
Advice I would give my 20 yr. old self: It does not matter what they say.
People are surprised that I: Eat two bowls of rice for dinner.
The biggest risk I have taken (that has paid off) is: Setting up Yoga Lab.
From my mistakes, I have learnt: That everyone has a story to tell. Understand before you judge.

Wake up time: Briefly at 5am to feed the dog. And officially at 630am.
Morning ritual: Warm lemon water, brush teeth, cleanse face, SK-II, yoga clothes.
Desk lunch: Japanese.
Last thing I do at night: Read a bible story.
Guilty pleasure: Tsum-tsum.
3 things vital to my day: Yoga. Dog. Laughter
Juice: A Juicery.
Coffee: Killiney Kopitiam.
