Hailing from Paris, Sandrine Bridoux is a Nike Master Trainer and certified Strala Yoga instructor. Her Instagram is filled with enviable shots of stretching it out on the River Seine and the streets of Paris; where historic cafés, patisseries and shopping await.
A self-proclaimed lover of all things health and fitness, she inspires European yogis to unroll their mats and hit up a few sun salutations. Between running classes on the beaches of Hossegor for the Nike Training club, and planning her next travels to exotic locations, the former lawyer told us a little bit about herself.
Sandrine shares what its like to eat, dress and live like a French yogi.
