Cheyenne Tozzi embodies a healthy and active lifestyle. Which makes her a perfect fit to be an ambassador for Nike She Runs. Ahead of the race this weekend we caught up with The Face Australia star and asked Cheyenne to share her wellness secrets.
How do you start your day?
With a glass of hot water with lemon and a good stretch session!
What does being healthy mean to you?
Being healthy means waking up every morning feeling great and having the enough energy to do everything I want to do! It’s not about being skinny!
How do you nourish your body?
My father is a health nut so I learned from him. I love my greens like broccoli and kale and I’m a big fan of salmon. I also love snacking on goji berries and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
Do you cook? What’s your signature healthy dish?
Yes I do! I love making grilled salmon with mangoes and parsley. Yum!
Any health secrets you swear by
I don’t really take any supplements. I prefer to get all my nutrients from fresh fruits and veggies and natural protein sources. And I try not to eat any man made or processed foods.
What’s your fave healthy indulgence?
Definitely dark chocolate!

Coconut water has so many beauty benefits! I also like to have a burst of cold water in the shower to close my pores.
Any tips for bringing more balance into your life?
Stretching out your body is so important. And taking time out to just be still or even lay down.

It’s nice to be important but more important to be nice.
