This week in Wellness Watch we are slip, slop, slapping, seeking and sliding for National Skin Cancer Action week, testing our physical and mental strength at Tough Mudder and running the City2Sea in Melbourne.
National Skin Cancer Action Week
Skin Cancer Action Week is taking place from 17-23 November. This year’s theme is ‘Your Summer. Your skin. Your story’ and is a timely reminder that sun protection saves lives. So slip on sun protective clothing, slop on some 50+ sunscreen (we’re loving ULTRACEUTICALS SunActive right now) slap on a hat, seek some shade and slide on some sunglasses this summer!
