What does being healthy mean to you?

Having a clear mind and glowing from the inside out.

I love to have cold-pressed juices. I try to eat lots of veggies and love smoothies.

Do you cook? If so what’s your signature healthy dish?

I love cooking! Brown rice and quinoa sushi rolls are something I love making at home. They also store easily for an on-the-go snack.

Any health secrets you swear by?

Yoga to practice conscious breathing.

What is your approach to fitness?

I love exercise and my approach is to listen to my body and give it what it needs. I love heated vinyasa flow yoga, weight training, running or taking a bike class.

Speaking of running we hear you’re a fan of the new adidas Energy Boost shoe? How have you been using them?

Yes, I love them, especially in pink. An essential for training and support! I have been using my Energy Boost shoes in the gym and at the park. Doing polymeric and resistance work to build and stabilise my muscles to help when running.

Organic cold-pressed coconut oil. I put it on my skin everyday!

Any tips for bringing more balance into your life?

I love to get in some nature time when possible. Go for a walk near the ocean or sit in the park and read a book. Even five minutes helps.
