When it comes to eating a healthy clean protein meal, we always think of fresh seafood, and if you’re like us, you’ll most likely have a weakness for oysters, prawns and grilled fish. But, as great tasting as they all are, nothing can quite beat a dozen cold oysters with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top. Yum! But if you love it all and I’ve just made you hungry, why not head down to The Bucket List’s Seafood Festival this weekend. As part of the Good Food Month, the Seafood Festival is a chance for everyone to taste and eat their way through the mini stalls whilst talking with the purveyors. Not only do you get to treat yourself to the best seafood in Sydney, but The Bucket List is also holding two Seafood Masterclasses where you will be able to learn how to cure and smoke seafood or how to create delicious seafood salads, just in time for summer. So mark this weekend in your calendar for a protein fix you won’t forget!
