Honey, sesame and spirulina ballsbliss-balls-post

Makes 20 balls

Ingredients

140g macadamias

150g cashews

40g desiccated coconut

90g unhulled tahini

115g raw honey

1 tablespoon spirulina powder

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons black chia seeds

Method

  1. Process nuts, coconut, tahini, honey, spirulina and vanilla until combined.
  2. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Roll balls in combined sesame seeds and chia seeds. Place on a baking-paper-lined tray. Refrigerate or freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
