Honey, sesame and spirulina balls
Makes 20 balls
40g desiccated coconut
90g unhulled tahini
115g raw honey
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black chia seeds
- Process nuts, coconut, tahini, honey, spirulina and vanilla until combined.
- Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Roll balls in combined sesame seeds and chia seeds. Place on a baking-paper-lined tray. Refrigerate or freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
