“You can’t beat someone that doesn’t give up” is Ben Lucas’ daily mantra. And it emanates from everything he does. You’d know this first hand if you’ve been lucky enough to try a class at Flow Athletic. As one-half of the team behind the Paddington boutique fitness studio, he’s partly the reason it’s so successful. His workouts are unique, tough, and effective – take one look at him and you’ll see why.

But behind the chiseled physique, you’ll find a soft spot. Along with being one of Sydney’s best personal trainers, Lucas is a father and a loving husband, with a heart bigger than his muscles. Meet Ben Lucas.
