Back for another year in all three cities, N+RC Melbourne has had a shake up and is set to relaunch this October with a variety of new sessions catering to runners of all fitness levels and running experience.

The updated program includes six exciting, unique sessions including an introduction to running that covers the basics of technique (Ready Set Go), a weekend long run, a fun mix of high intensity training and running (H.I.T and Run) and a Speed Run.

Melbourne NRC Coach, Mathieu Dore is encouraging the whole city to get involved, saying the run club really is for everyone. “The Nike+ Run Club community is super supportive and inclusive. The runners help one another and pick each other up when they’re down. We never leave a runner behind,” he says.

In addition to a full running schedule, Nike+ Training Club (N+TC) Melbourne will reopen in the streets of Fitzroy, with a feminine and youthful warehouse space known as Nike Women’s Studio.

In a Nike first, the club will offer seven free sessions per week including H.I.T, Pilates, Dance and TRX, with constant updates to workouts and activity to ensure training always delivers fun and fresh fitness experiences. On top of this N+TC will provide massage, physio and nutritional consultations, and the best part? Everything is free!

Nike+ Training Club is a global fitness community of women driven by self-expression in movement and training, and backed by personalised Nike coaching.

NTC presents a huge variety of workouts for girls looking to shake up their fitness. Having fun whilst training is essential, and training with a group of girls increases the fun factor tenfold!” says Nike Trainer, Phoebe di Tommaso.
