This amazing program was developed in partnership with yoga expert Duncan Peak from Power Living Australia, who is also the creator of Fitness First’s Flow Yoga Program. The classes last for 45 minutes and are based around a flow sequence, allowing you to bend, breathe, stretch and sweat! We can’t think of a better way to get some exercise and calm our minds at the same time!
