Outdoor yoga & Pilates arrive at Fitness First!

Fitness First Outdoor yoga

Summer is the perfect time to get moving outside. As profound lovers of everything yoga and Pilates related we’ll definitely be joining the team at Fitness First for their new outdoor classes.

Outdoor Yoga

This amazing program was developed in partnership with yoga expert Duncan Peak from Power Living Australia, who is also the creator of Fitness First’s Flow Yoga Program. The classes last for 45 minutes and are based around a flow sequence, allowing you to bend, breathe, stretch and sweat! We can’t think of a better way to get some exercise and calm our minds at the same time!

Outdoor Pilates

Looking for a workout that will help you function better in your day-to-day life? Fitness First’s outdoor Pilates classes incorporate strength training, stretching, coordination and core muscles to get you moving and strengthen your whole body!
