I spend a good chunk of my life on the road, from work meetings to photo shoots to sourcing the best wellness hotspots around the globe, often calling hotels and airports my second home. With that in mind, I thought you might like to see what I ALWAYS pack in my suitcase. From beauty to tech, I cannot travel without these seven travel essentials.
My travel essentials
Shop → The Antler Travel JUNO Bag Set in White, $179
Not only do I like to travel in style, but I also want to know that the contents in my bags are secure and safe. I travel with a lot of tech – my lap top, hard drives, digital cameras and lenses etc – so I love the built-in lock system.
Shop → BOSE Soundtrue Around-Ear Headphones, $278.16
Since Netflix and Apple TV have become my best friends, I’ve pretty much seen every new release movie that’s been aired. And there’s nothing more heartbreaking than laying back on the plane to check out the movies, only to find I’ve seen them all. So what do I do for all those hours? I get out my Bose headphones and listen to my playlists. These lightweight headphones are super awesome at blocking out any aircraft noise. A perfect mix of style and sound if I say so myself.
Shop → Sukin Hydrating Mist Toner, $9.95
Most of the time the aircrafts air is recycled, which can be very drying on my skin. Just a few spritzes of this while I’m on board keeps my skin plump and hydrated.
Shop → Apple Mac Book Air, $1399
What can I say, since moving from a MacBook Pro to an Air, my shoulders and back have never been happier. And not to mention the battery life – 10 hours!
Shop → Adidas Stan Smiths, $130
It’s all about comfort when I’m abroad and these stylish, sports luxe kicks are perfect! They’re also super versatile, so I can team them with maxi’s, pants and denim cut-offs, which is handy when I’m travelling to different climates.
Shop → Viktor & Rolf Flower Bomb Perfume, $99
Floral, fresh and evocative…need I say more? My go-to perfume of choice that travels everywhere with me in my bag!
A hydrated body is a happy body so I always travel with a bottle of local coconut water.
