Glowing Skin Juice
Serves 1 (250–300ml)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp fresh or bottled aloe vera
1 orange, peeled
1 medium-sized cucumber, unpeeled
- Place the chia seeds in the base of your glass so they can soak up the juice.
- Pour the fresh or bottled aloe vera on top, and then juice the orange and cucumber to finish off.
