Cavolo nero salad with raspberries and blackberries

For the salad, assemble:

100 g cavolo nero, shredded (discard the stems)

Handful of raspberries

Handful of blackberries

For the dressing, blend together:

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Handful of almonds, pre-soaked in water overnight then drained

1 tbsp water

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt
