Emily’s low calorie Smashed Avocado on Crisps

What you’ll need:

2 Cruskits Light $3.00

¼ avocado

Goats cheese

Lemon juice

Chilli flakes

Baby herbs

Salt

Pepper

Method:

Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over cruskits. Top with goats cheese, chilli flakes, and baby herbs.

Emily’s comment:

“Simple and delicious, this is my go-to recipe for breakfast or lunch.”

Bannie’s opinion:

“Avocado is a nutritional delight full of vitamin E, C and healthy fats which promote collagen production and help nourish the skin. Lemon juice has an alkalizing effect on the body and the Cruskits are a lower carb alternative for those wanting a lighter meal option.”
