There are few things more motivating than sweating it out next to a supermodel. I discovered this when Suki Waterhouse (aka the face of Burberry, Vogue cover girl and Bradley Cooper’s ex-girlfriend) showed up at my yoga class a couple of weeks ago and I became weirdly self-conscious about perfecting all of my poses in her presence. While my attempts at flawless alignment, headstands and crow pose utterly failed to get the beautiful Suki’s attention (let alone an opportunity to befriend the girl!), I did leave class feeling pretty impressed with myself for working incredibly hard for a solid 90 minutes. If only she could be in all my yoga classes…

Developed by celebrity trainers in Los Angeles, Barry’s Bootcamp has found a cult following in London with the party style atmosphere attracting the likes of Guy Ritchie, Pussy Cat Doll Ashley Roberts and David Hasslehoff. This intense cardio and strength workout claims to burn up to 1000 calories per hour session and is certainly not for the faint hearted.

Located in the chic Bulgari Hotel, Duigan’s Bodyism studio offers its clients customised workouts, nutritional plans and lifestyle advice for creating a strong, lean and healthy body.
