Stay motivated through the Nike Sport Feed, share your photos, organise workouts with your Nike sisters in the area and choose from an abundance of awesome workouts designed by Nike Master Trainers and elite athletes to keep you in shape all-year long. We reckon it’s the perfect companion for any fitness lover!
For a quick workout: 7 Minute Workout, Free (with in-app purchases)
You’ll never have an excuse not to workout again! There are 12 high intensity bodyweight exercises for 30 seconds per exercise with a 10 second rest in between. Seven minutes in heaven suddenly has a whole new meaning!
For all you runners out there: Strava, free (with in-app purchases)
For all you budding runners and cyclists out there! Track your runs and rides with this GPS app, join challenges and share your photos with the Strava community. You can also search for like-minded people of your fitness level and area to train with giving you a whole new way to create a fit family!
For meditation: Smiling Mind, free
The idea that meditation makes your mind smile makes us so happy! It keeps track of how long you meditate for, as well as the number of sessions you complete. We’ll be using this app all year long!
For Yoga: Daily Yoga, free
With 50 plus sessions and yoga programs as well as 400 plus yoga poses with HD videos, this app is a great guide for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
