All the action from the latest Nike Sydney event!

When an invitation to a Nike event lands on your desk (or in your inbox) three things are almost a certainty. One, you’re in for an incredible experience. Two, you’re going to get sweaty in some sweet Nike gear. And three you’re definitely going to RSVP yes because of the first two factors!

Sydney media and fitness influencers came together yesterday in a cool industrial art gallery space in Surry Hills to check out the Nike Spring ’15 collection, see a sneak peek at Nike Summer ’15 and get their sweat on with an Nike Training Club workout. After checking out the collections, hearing about all the new technical innovations and making long mental shopping wish lists, it was time to get training!

Set up with fit balls and mats, the room was a riot of colour as everyone was decked out in the new Nike Legendary Lava tights and Nike Flyknit Zoom Fit Agility shoes. Nike Training Club trainer Phoebe di Tommaso and Matildas soccer player Kayah Simon put everyone through their paces with the Tabata Toned workout from the new NTC app update. Given how much our hearts were racing during the session – and the soreness we all felt in our muscles afterwards – we’d definitely give the NTC Tabata Toned two thumbs up for being a high-intensity workout you can do anywhere.
