Sydneysiders and kombucha lovers alike, we’ve got some seriously juicy scoop for you! Australia’s first bar dedicated to one of our favourite healthy drinks is here! Wild Kombucha by Ballsy Brewing is just about to open its doors in Sydney’s Leichhardt. Already on-tap at venues such Ruby’s Diner or Orchard Street Elixir Bar in North Bondi, this is the new home of Ballsy Brewings delicious concoctions.
Wild Kombucha was developed by Lara and Matt Ball who are dedicated to bringing an innovative take on kombucha to our lives. Their enthusiasm for fresh, healthy ingredients and creating memorable experiences can be seen in this amazing warehouse space with pop up events and food workshops around natural health each month. Wild Kombucha will be offering tastings and refills of their delicious Kombucha for you to try and fall in love with, just like we have!
This pop-up style restaurant will be open on Fridays and Saturdays and is part of a collaborative space with other like-minded businesses. Lara Ball, one half of the Ballsy Brewing duo says, “opening the new home of Wild Kombucha in Leichhardt has allowed us not only to pursue this passion but to also create a collaborative space that supports local businesses with similar ideals. We have had such a great response to our product that we can’t wait to formally open the doors!” Wild Thing Raw and Loco Love will be sharing the space to bring you some healthy, raw treats for after your kombucha.
