The creamy, green cocktail has already popped up at restaurants like Javelin in NYC and Melrose Umbrella Co in LA. Not only do the beverages look super Insta-worthy and taste delicious, the avocado gives the drink an added health boost — good fats, galore! We shouldn’t be surprised, really, given that according to a report released by online electrical retailer, AO, Pinterest pins of clean cocktails were up by 160% in last November. It’s a pretty fun way to work on getting your 5 fruit and veggies a day, if you ask us!
