Professionally produced, short, snappy, and easy to follow, most of the sequences don’t require any equipment, although a mat and stretch bands would be useful if you want to try out some of the more intense workouts.
Next time you’re feeling guilty about binge-watching Netflix, take a break from House of Cards and try one of Fitness Blender’s workouts. A little longer than a lot of the clips you will find online, each video’s actually a pretty good substitute to hitting the gym.
