As I have been nominated as one of the ambassador’s for Priceline’s The Beauty Of Health, I’ve created these videos to assist people in leading a healthier lifestyle in helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Hopefully you can take inspiration from here and use a couple of these poses in your everyday life to assist with stress.
