After nine years of success in the U.S., WhoWhatWear has landed Down Under, with the official launch help party held last night at the glamorous Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel.
Co-founded by dynamic duo Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power, the innovative digital publication aims to make fashion approachable and style attainable by connecting readers with expert advice, tips and insider information. They have successfully eliminated gossip from the world of fashion, instead focusing on the trends and clothes we have come to love.
In addition to WhoWhatWear, MyDomaine, a lifestyle site that provides the latest information in home décor and living, and Byrdie, which features insight into the world of beauty secrets have also launched, marking the first overseas expansion for the brands.
The launch is part of a partnership between Allure Media and LA-based content and tech company, Clique Media, the number one digital fashion social media publisher in the world.
“It’s no secret this is a game-changer at the premium end of women’s lifestyle publishing,” says Allure Media group publisher Alison Rice, “Australians are now officially in the clique!”
Exclusive fashion, beauty and lifestyle shoots with actress Claire Holt, model Bridget Malcolm and influencers including Sara Donaldson and Jason Grant, are now live. Whilst, local contributors include Eleanor Pendleton, Jess Hart, The Grace Tales’ Georgie Abay and Sibella Court, join the existing roster of international contributing editors such as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lauren Conrad, Jessica Alba and more.
We guarantee these three sites are worth bookmarking for the inevitable post-lunch browsing session… just don’t blame us if you get addicted!
