BounceLimit: Asia’s first trampoline fitness studio

Asia’s first trampoline fitness studio, BounceLimit, is gaining traction for it’s personalised programmes and dance-floor like training.

We’ve got some good news for all the grown ups out there who would like to unleash their inner kid again (really, who doesn’t?), we’ve found just the right combo of workout-meets-fun thanks to Asia’s first trampoline fitness studio, BounceLimit.

Set in a 3000 square foot space in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, BounceLimit is all about incorporating high-intensity movements with the low impact (a.k.a easy on the knees) effect of the “rebounder” (a.k.a adult word for trampoline). They offer a range of fun, effective classes that target the core by optimizing the sability required to bounce, shift and coordinate your way through your workout. With props such as TRX and weights, the classes are upbeat and challenging in ways you would never expect from a trampoline.

Choose from AirBounce, BouncePilates, Bootcamp or the all-too enticing LED NightBounce, featuring a intense cardio session complete with pop music and matching lights to get you into the club mood, minus the alcohol.

So get ready to jump, cause you’ll be sweating and well on track to burning up to 1000 calories after your first session.

Oh and did we mention that Gwyneth Paltrow and Victoria Beckham are fans of trampolining? That’s reason enough for us.
