Then, after some scientific chilling and squeezing, the hemp seed oil goes through extraction. Hemp oil is good for increasing stability. Shelf life in some applications such as cosmetics and food supplements.” The hemp seed oil contains a lot of omega-6, omega-3, and omega-9 polyunsaturated fatty acids. In fact, it’s the only edible oil that contains greater than 90% polyunsaturated essential fatty acids. The ratios found in hemp seed oils are the optimal ones.
Another benefit of the hemp seed oil is the high levels of vitamin E. On average, 100mL of hemp seed oil contains 100–150mg of vitamin E. It is way more than any other oil, and 10 times the recommended daily consumption for an adult. In case you didn’t know, this vitamin has antioxidant properties. Furthermore, it’s pretty common for people to create their own CBD tinctures with hemp seed oil. But hemp seed oil alone does not contain CBD or any other cannabinoids.

Many brands are attempting to sell hemp oil a the price point of CBD oil. It’s just not the same thing.
