Renewed HopeOver the last two weeks, two members of Team Sporteluxe, Sarah Ranawake and Mia Lake, have been trialing our latest beauty discovery here at Sporteluxe HQ, the philosophy renewed hope in a jar collection.

A reformulation of philosophy’s iconic hope in a jar, the new collection consists of the renewed hope in a jar refreshing and refining moisturizer eye (15ml) $55, renewed hope in a jar refreshing and refining moisturizer (60ml) $55 and renewed hope in a jar revitalizing creaming foam cleanser (150ml) $35. Here’s Team Sporteluxe’s verdict on the range and how it responded to our skin.

“It’s only been two weeks but I’m already a total renewed hope in a jar convert. I love how the moisturizer is both nourishing and lightweight. I also feel like it’s given my skin a nice glow and made the texture of my skin more refined due to the addition of alpha-hydroxy acids. The fine lines I sometimes noticed around my eyes due to dehydration have gone. I’ve even seen a little difference to the dark circles I usually have no matter how much sleep I get due to my olive skin tone. I’m impressed!” – Sarah Ranawake, Sporteluxe Partner/Editorial Director

“The name renewed hope seems fitting because I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin since using the collection. It looks clearer and feels smoother and softer than before. Fine lines are a thing of the past and it’s much more hydrated too.” – Mia Lake, Sporteluxe Interiors Expert

The philosophy renewed hope in a jar collection is available at selected David Jones stores, Mecca Maxima and Sephora Australia. It is also available online at,, and
