F45 action from the Puma launch in Sydney!

The chance to get our sweat on decked out the latest Puma gear was something that Team Sporteluxe was definitely not going to turn down! For the launch of Puma’s new women’s training collection the brand offered Sydney media a choice of four workouts including a hip-hop dance class with Nacho Pop, trampolining, a flying trapeze lesson or a boxing class with former NRL player turned functional trainer Daniel Conn. Sarah Ranawake, Olivia Boyd-Smith and I were among the media who opted for the last option and it definitely wasn’t for the faint hearted!

Held at F45: Functional Training in Surry Hills the HIIT session really got everyone’s blood rushing with one wicked warrior style workout! Boxing pads, battle ropes, skipping ropes and dumbbells were all used to help strengthen, tone and get our hearts pumping. The team were determined to make it through the session and we were nothing short of exhausted (and sweating buckets!) by the end but it was all done in style thanks to our awesome new Puma ensembles!
