Five ways to boost your inspiration!

Uncover what inspires you

Many of us don’t know what gets our inspiration juices flowing. So maybe now is time to figure it out. Reflect on the qualities that inspire you the most about people in your life, what you love to do, what books excite your mind and what activities set your heart on fire. Map it out and create your inspiration list.

Get visual

Now pull it all together in a visual reminder you can refer to regularly. Gather images on Pinterest, create a vision board or fill your workspace with quotes and images that excite you. This visual inspo will inspire you to want to follow your dreams and be your best self.

Prioritise what you love

Our lives are often filled with so much of what we have to do, that we forget to prioritise what we love to do. Love yoga, reading, painting, dancing or writing? Allocate set time for these activities each week and keep what you love at the top of your list.

Try something new

New experiences awaken new energy within us, so if things are feeling a little stale or stagnant why not try something new? Go on a weekend road trip and explore a new destination, try out a class, change up your morning routine or read a book on something you know nothing about

Build an uplifting community

We’re heavily influenced by the five people we spend the most time with, so building an inspiring people is super important. Maybe start by seeking out people that inspire you on social media, attending an event or class and sparking up conversation with someone new, or contact a person that you look up to.
