Bodyism

Beauty Food, $69.95

This combo of super greens and marine collagen peptides, created by celeb trainer James Duigan, is apparently one of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s secret beauty weapons. And while it won’t transform you into a Rosie lookalike (we wish!) it might just help you get skin as glowy. Featuring a long list of superfoods and alkalising ingredients, it’s said to help repair damaged skin, hair and nails, boost your immune system and detoxify your system. The powder can easily be mixed with water or your fave smoothie or cold-pressed juice – we like the fact that it’s not overly sweet.

Glow beauty powder, The Beauty Chef

The Beauty Chef

GLOW: Inner Beauty Powder, $60

We’re fans of Carla Oates aka The Beauty Chef and her natural beauty recipes here at Sporteluxe HQ. And her natural berry-flavoured powder has been designed to enhance your skin as well as encourage the growth of good bacteria to help colonise your gut. It contains twenty-four skin loving superfoods and is also rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and amino acids – berry nice!

THe Internal Plumber powder

The Internal Plumber

Skin Formula, $45

As the company name suggests, they guys are the masters of cleaning out your pipes. Wondering what your digestive system has to do with your skin? A lot! The less toxic crap (pun intended!) you have in your digestive system the less toxins will escape from your skin. Developed by a naturopath, nutritionist and Chinese herbalist, this powder combines organic fossil shell flour with organic Chinese herbs to nourish your body from the inside and out. Its main purpose is to remove impurities from your digestive tract to help make your skin brighter and assist with skin problems such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. Oh, and in case you were wondering, it tastes ok too thanks to the addition of stevia and a little powdered fruit.
