Why Coogee Pavilion ↓ is Sydney’s latest must-visit dining and lifestyle destination for the stylishly healthy!
Forget Bondi, we’re predicting Coogee will be the new place to be in the Eastern Suburbs this summer with the launch of the Merivale’s amazing new venue, Coogee Pavilion this week. Catering to wellness lovers who want healthy food options when they head out in Sydney, the Pavilion offers an array of casual dining areas with menus based around seasonal produce. Think aged rib eye served with fresh salads. Seafood lovers also will be in heaven with the oyster counter and raw bar with a menu that changes depending on the catch of the day will include dishes such as raw scampi with lemon oil and chives.
There’s also a super-cute Love Juice stand serving cold-pressed juice and coconut water smoothies, a Will & Co coffee cart and amazing weekend breakfast menu that will commence from 2 August and includes quinoa bircher with coconut yoghurt. Not to mention the cocktail bar that serves cold-pressed juice based cocktails! But the Pavilion is about more than just dining. It’s also a family-friendly lifestyle destination. There’s even a flower stall, in-venue barber, library of vintage books and an area devoted to nostalgic pastimes like pétanque and ping pong. The remaining levels of the Pavilion will be unveiled over the next few months but in the meantime the first floor will become a community space to house various events. We hear there may even be yoga classes!
