As if we needed another excuse to escape for a few days to enjoy the beautiful relaxed atmosphere of Byron Bay! The Byron Bay Surf Festival will take place 24-26 October. This three-day event is set to cover all things related to the surfing lifestyle. Think learning to surf and ocean Pilates or surf yoga. You should also check out nutritionist and leading spa chef Samantha Gowing at the Surf Spa Food expo on main beach. Samantha will be sharing her recipes and nutrition advice, including discussing foods that relieve stress and boost immunity and the best food combos for post surfing recovery. All in all the perfect kick start to your summer wellness.

Get active for a good cause with The Great Amazing Race in Melbourne
