Yoga is always a great way to kick off your week. Which is why we’re super excited that ivy Pool Club in Sydney and lululemon athletica are presenting Yoga By The Pool as part of March into Merivale’s Detox Mondays.

Starting from next Monday 23 February, March into Merivale will be offering free yoga sessions every Monday night during the month-long festival. It’s a perfect way to reset your mind and re-energise your body after the weekend to help you get the most out of your week. DJ (and yoga lover), Jeff Fellows will be playing some sweet tunes while you get your om on and enjoy a beautiful sunset at one of Sydney’s top spots.

Sporteluxe is the official media partner for Detox Mondays. Our very own Bianca Cheah and yoga guru Kate Kendall be holding a class one evening because let’s face it, two yogis are better than one! There’s no need to book so just bring a mat and yoga attitude to start the week the healthy way. Just be sure to arrive early because spots are limited!

If you’re a bit peckish after all that yoga, there’s no need to head anywhere else for a wholesome meal. Uccello will be have two special Detox Monday meals on the menu throughout March into Merivale. Think baked white fish with smashed chickpeas or poached chicken with raw zucchini, and smoked almonds. We’re even more excited about the Detox Monday drink that goes with the food: our very own Sporteluxe Mocktail! A delicious concoction of cold-pressed grapefruit with honey and tonic water. Yum!
