Green drinks: my top three picks

Bianca Cheah, Green juice, sporteluxe

There are a lot of green juices out there on the market, but choosing the best one can be tricky. Yes, they are all generally quite healthy, but green juices definitely aren’t all created equal. Which is why looking at the ingredients list is the most important factor for me. And being a health blogger I’ve definitely tried a lot of green juice! So, here are my top 3 juices that I personally love.

1. Botanica Green Juice from Butler and Bentley

My go-to desk snack”

My absolute favourite hands down, this juice claims to have 1kg of green leafy vegetables contained in one little bottle! Hence, the reason I love it. Ingredients: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, green apple and lemon.

2. Simon Says Juice from Jackies Cafe, 1c Glenmore Road, Paddington, Sydney

“My brekkie on the run”

I discovered this smoothie a couple of weeks ago at Jackie’s Cafe in Sydney’s Paddington. Super thick in texture it’s a great breakfast choice for anyone on the go. Think big, balanced flavours of green apple, coconut water and spinach and the surprisingly delicious additions of tahini and fig.

3. Venus Alkaline Juice. Venus Wholefoods Cafe, 352 Bourke Street, Surry Hills.

“My weekly wonder drink”

Well, the name says it all!! Alkaline foods are said to be wonder foods and the secret to anti-aging and disease prevention! Get in mah belly!
