Healthy travel: London’s first cold pressed juice bar!

Travelling has many ups, but one down can be finding an abundance of healthy veg to satiate a naturopath’s hunger for the good green stuff. On a recent trip to London, I happened across London’s first cold pressed juice bar, and I was in heaven. Roots & Bulbs, in Marylebone, make a variety of green juices and a few carrot-based juices. They also do a killer homemade almond milk which they combine with organic coffee, superfood smoothies to order, and delicious wholesome organic meals. The store is immaculately presented and you want to order everything on the menu as soon as you step inside. So if you’re travelling to London, do yourself a favour and pop in there, ASAP!
