It’s really hard to drop weight when there’s too much junk in your diet. This means decreasing refined carbs, such as white breads and pastas, packaged foods and processed sugars. Avoid refined sugar, instead you want your sugars to come from natural wholefood sources. Get your sweet fix from real fruit instead.
Lastly, be happy with yourself! It’s much easier to achieve your goals when you’re happy, so do the things that make you shine!
