Nourishing yourself with healthy food loaded with essential vitamins will give you a glowing complexion and ensure you have plenty of energy. Have some healthy hangover foods on hand for the morning after. Think B vitamins, coconut water, healthy proteins and complex carbs.
No race day is complete without a glass of bubbles or too and you can definitely still have fun and not feel guilty. The trick is to spread your drinks out, sip slowly and be sure to keep hydrated with plenty of water in between each alcoholic drink.
