Renowned for its ‘real food’ philosophy, restaurant chain Grill’d has made its health-focused burgers even healthier with the launch of their Flourish and Nourish Burger, designed by Sporteluxe’s friend and resident nutritionist, Lola Berry.
This new menu addition has been designed for those sensitive to gluten, on a paleo or sugar free diet. Served up on a low carb super bun, it contains less than nine grams of carbs (that’s less than a sushi roll!) along with 100 per cent grass-fed lean beef, avocado, Dijon mustard, dill pickle, shredded carrot, lettuce, tomato and full egg mayo.
“I’m rapt to have created this burger, because it full of all the things I love, real food, and you feel good when you eat it,” Lola told us. “It’s loaded with lots of bright colours which means it’s full of nutrient dense goodness.”
