Do you often feel like you’re trying to juggle too many things at once? When you’re trying to fit work, socialising and exercise into your busy schedule, it can be difficult to strike the right balance. Often, your wellbeing slips right to the bottom of the priority list. But it’s hard to be the best version of yourself in everything you do when you’re not looking after your health! It’s a vicious cycle, but luckily our very own Bianca Cheah is here to help us turn it around.

At her exclusive Wellness and Wellbeing Masterclass, Bianca will share her tips for staying fit, healthy and stylish while constantly on the go. The Sporteluxe Founder and Managing Director joins an expert line-up for an Australian first health and wellness experience, Eden

The pop-up sanctuary will run at the Canberra Centre from 8 September to 30 October and offers a series of workshops and classes designed to help you reconnect with yourself and discover inner tranquility. At the masterclass, Bianca will share her health and wellness secrets and tips for creating an effortlessly stylish look.

I am so excited to be involved in Eden – I truly believe in what the experience is trying to achieve. It gives people a reminder to stop and rejuvenate themselves.
