In the weeks leading up to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, it’s no secret that the Angels ramp up their exercise and get strict with their diet—and we don’t blame them. Feeling sexy in lingerie in our bedroom is one thing, but on a world stage…now that takes serious work. But have you ever wondered what they do in the 24 hours prior to the show? I mean, surely “what’s done is done,” right? Not quite.
The day before the big gig, all the angels hit the gym, hard. Turns out, there’s a lot of shredding that can be done mere hours before the event. With the help of Kirk Myers and Dara Hart from Manhattan-based fitness studio, Dogpound, the girls train their body parts most “on show” in the show. For Karlie Kloss this year, her abs and booty were the focus. So, she had a one-on-one with Dara to work her lower body and core.
