When Adelaide-based bikini body trainer and Instagram sensation Kayla Itsines brought her famous boot camp down to Bondi Beach over the weekend, we jumped at the chance to join her. With all funds going directly towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation it was also a workout for a great cause.
Along with 100 other women, we were left feeling strong, energised and yes, drenched in sweat, after the high-intensity session. Fuelled by Kayla’s personal playlist of dance anthems, we got an entire body workout and had a few laughs along the way.
