Breathe better with fish oil

Respiratory specialists from Rio de Janeiro University found in an eight week study on mice that when fed a diet high in fish oil, allergen-induced lung inflammation and asthma symptoms were reduced. The fish oil lowered the mice’s lungs sensitivity to common irritants helping to reduce their incidence of asthma.
