I’m sure most of you have heard of Australian yoga guru, Kate Kendall. She’s the blonde bombshell who regularly graces our website (or your Instagram feed) sharing her pearls of yoga wisdom and impressive poses. Not to mention she’s also the co-founder and director of yoga at Sydney’s premier boutique fitness studio, Flow Athletic. An incredibly accomplished yoga instructor, Kate is the picture of glowing health, but there’s more than meets eye. Here’s your chance to get to know the inspiring, business savvy (and flexible) woman herself – beyond the yoga mat.

30mins of running (including stairs in Rushcutters Bay park) followed by 30mins of yoga and a sneaky little meditation at the end to seal the deal.
Clean and close to nature with a dash of nectar here and there (usually in the form of sesame snaps – my weakness)
Crab Omelette at The Pier (which used to be in Rose Bay) – I’ve never experienced a taste sensation quite like it since.

I’m a big NRL and AFL fan and I hate when the players spit on the ground. I can’t help but think how much of that stuff ends up on their clothing. Maybe they need to pay someone to run around with a spit bucket…
