The long weekend’s here (if you live in Australia… otherwise, you’re still got a regular weekend to celebrate, right?). We reckon that means it’s time to dust off those cocktail – or more appropriately, cocktail – shakers, folks.
We’ve asked three fabulous mixologists from some of Sydney’s hottest-right-now restaurant and bars to share some of their favourite mocktail recipes so you can do your best cool bartender impression at home.
Not only are they all super delicious, but they’re fresh and healthy too. Plus, your body will thank us, when you wake up minus the hangover.

With a breathtaking waterfront view and cracking food and drink menu, it is no surprise Hugo’s Manly is packed year round. Try this delicious concoction if you’re after a fresh, tropical inspired drink.
Add grape fruit juice, passion fruit pulp, lemon juice and peach puree. Shake continuously until all of the ingredients have been mixed thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up the glass with a dash of lemonade, then garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Shake orgeat, lime juice and fresh mint together. Add a dash of rose water, then top with ginger beer to finish.
If you’re after a zesty, antioxidant hit, then trust the genius drink wizards at Eau de Vie and try this super easy green tea and citrus mocktail jug.
Simply mix all ingredients together in a large jug and refrigerate. So easy!
